Our systems are portable enough for our customers to either personally deliver the system to us for servicing or we can arrange to either collect your system or service your system at your premises.

Pulsar System Training normally takes place
at your premises
, normally training days are organised after the delivery of
your new system.
The training will consist of system operation function, up keep and treatment delivery and normally takes one day.
When your small applicator reaches 25,000 flashes, the applicator should be fully serviced and measured for energy output this ensures continuing treatment results.
Some systems on the market will boast that their applicators can achieve up to 50,000 or even 100,000 flashes before service, if these systems output the energy required to kill the hair follicle the applicator internal flash lamp would never last.
The reason these systems can achieve over 25,000 flashes before service is mainly down to the poor energy deliverance, which results in poor treatment results or even up to 15 treatment sessions for your clients before any visible hair removal results.

Based on 25,000 flashes each applicator shot overhead charge to your salon is only 1.5 pence per flash. Applicators returned before 10 am on weekdays are fully serviced and available for return delivery on the following day.
