The training will consist of system operation function, up keep and treatment delivery and normally takes one day.

When you purchase or rent your new Pulsar IPL System the initial training will be provided free of charge and will last one full day.
Our trainers are also available to answer treatment queries and offer advice on maximising the potential of the Intense Pulsed Light business opportunity for your business including marketing and promotions.
In line with de-regulation requirements we can also offer a ‘One Day Refresher Course’ this offers an opportunity for our customers to brush up on ‘hands on’ skills, learn new skills and treatment protocols as well as maintain professional high standards.
Our friendly team of professionals will train you at your premises in all aspects of Pulsar IPL. You will be provided with a complete training manual that you can look back on for future guidance

NVQ Level 4
Pulsar will organise your NVQ Level 4 Laser IPL Training for you Free Of Charge when you Purchase our IPL Systems.
NVQ Level 4 Laser IPL Training can provide you with the skills required to carry out Laser hair removal treatments and laser skin rejuvenation to an exceptionally high standard. In addition to this students will learn the basic health and safety precautions for operating laser technology in the salon.
The regulatory body states that all therapists wishing to carry out laser or IPL treatments must have the NVQ/VRQ Level 4 qualification by 2018. This will be a mandatory requirement by 2018.
As part of this qualification you are required to produce a portfolio of evidence. A portfolio will confirm the knowledge, understanding and skills that you have learnt. It may be in electronic or paper format.
In this qualification you will develop an understanding of managing safe working practices and how to identify and control hazards. You will also learn how to identify hair and skin conditions and those clients suitable for intense light and laser system treatments.
All of our lectures have years of experience working within the beauty industry and working with advanced treatments, so we have the practical experience to back up the training.
We also provide follow up support, so if you do have any questions or are unsure of anything we are there to help.
• The minimum age for entry to this course is 18 years – no exceptions. There is no upper age limit.
• A good general education is essential for this demanding course
• An excellent level of English is required. You must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently
For the 6 day NVQ Level 4 Laser IPL Training course we recommend you have NVQ level 3 in beauty or a medical background.
