All 5cm2 applicators are
guarantied for
10,000 flashes .
The refurbishment is carried out free of charge
if the applicator fails before
the 10,000 flashes.
A charge of
P.O.A. excluding delivery is charged for applicators
returned with 10,000
-12,000 flashes.
A charge of
P.O.A.
excluding delivery is charged for applicators returned
with more than 12,000
flashes.
To maintain effective
treatments the 5sqcm applicator should be returned immediately when shot count
reaches 12,000 flashes.

The refurbishment is carried out free of charge
if the applicator fails before
the 20,000 flashes.

REFURBISHMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
The customer is responsible for
the carriage cost to Excel Photonix
Systems Ltd.
Excel Photonix Systems Ltd does
not cover any wilful damage, negligence
or transit damage from the customer.
The applicator crystal needs to be
cleaned by the customer prior to
shipment.
The return applicator packaging
supplied by Excel Photonix has been
tailored to fit the applicator and
conduit.
When returning the applicator for
refurbishment it is important that the
same packaging be used.
Failure to comply will result in
an additional packaging charge of £18.00
per refurbishment.
These terms are set to help you
and to prevent damaging and further
costs been incurred from transportation
damage.
